Headless commerce architecture that doubled conversion rates for a massive B2B wholesale distributor.
RetailFlow needed to migrate off a monolithic Magento instance that took 4 seconds to render a product page. We architected a Headless Commerce solution using Shopify Plus as the backend engine, queried via GraphQL. The frontend was built with Next.js and deployed to Vercel, utilizing Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR) to serve millions of product pages at the speed of static HTML.
Page load times dropped from 4.2s to 0.8s. Mobile conversion rates increased by 115%. We integrated Algolia for typo-tolerant, instant search capabilities.
