BuildCore relied on disjointed spreadsheets to track heavy machinery, raw materials, and subcontractor payroll across 40 active sites. We engineered a centralized ERP system using Node.js and React. A key feature was the offline-first mobile app for site foremen, built with WatermelonDB, allowing them to log materials in areas with zero cell reception, synchronizing automatically when back online.
